I am so thankful for Tara and her class, it came to me at a time when I needed some help with direction. I am new to meditation so I wasn't sure what I was going to experience. So aside from how wonderfully relaxing it is to sit quietly in a darkened room for an hour with my eyes closed, I am amazed at what I do feel and what Tara feels in my energy. I personally have gained a greater insight into how my own energy affects my life and how changing that even slightly can help me get over obstacles/hurdles that I struggled with before. I am much more aware physically, mentally and spiritually. I am really looking forward to learning more about myself and learning to be even somewhat as intuitive as Tara is.
