Forever on the path for truth, my quest to understand why we are all here on this little rock began as a child. University gave me some direction with Anthropology and the study of Man and Evolution, along with Philosophy and Metaphysics. But it wasn't until six years ago that my spiritual journey solidified while I was in Peru with an amazing spiritual awakening that gifted me the experience of moving into the deeper layers of consciousness and also opening up my ability to work with energy for healing and transformation.
Soon afterward, I found myself called to many sacred sights around the world doing ceremony and connecting with the ancient energies of the land and the wisdom of its people, as if each place held a piece of the puzzle.
Meditation and connection became a staple in my life, teaching me how to move into being as clear a channel as possible and allowing for my body to acclimate to holding the higher vibrations.
Along with the journey came the intensity of working with, not only the personal shadow but the collective one as well, teaching me how to integrate the denied and disowned aspects of ourselves. We cannot truly be free if we don't make peace with our dualistic nature. And that's a whole other ball-game!

The world holds many mysteries and traveling is a great way for you to experience yourself in a different environment that can show you many things about yourself - your strengths and your weaknesses. The world holds many mysteries and traveling is a great way for you to experience yourself in a different environment that can show you many things about yourself - your strengths and your weaknesses. My travels in the last five years have been intense and diverse, preferring to experience as much as the world has to offer as opposed to following one particular path as I believe ultimately that the truth lies within.
During this short period I have had many esoteric and metaphysical experiences that continue to knock my socks off.....for we are so much more than we think we are.

Peru - Ceremony with the Shamans at sacred Incan sights, ceremony with the Q'ero people, working with plant medicine.
Egypt - Ceremony and chanting in the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid and at the feet of the Sphinx. Ceremony in the temples of Hathor and Sekhmet
India - Checking out Darshan with the Guru Sai Baba.....not my cuppa. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother- Auroville
Arctic Circle of Sweden - hanging out with a Sami Reindeer Shaman
SE Asia - Land of Theravada Buddhism - Burma, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand
Desert of Mexico (Huicholes people) - Shamanic teachings and how to connect with the land. Very difficult returning to Squamish after this one.
England - Glastonbury, the Tor, the Chalice Well, Avebury Stone Circle
France - Black Madonna, the Mary Magdeleine connection
The purpose of these trips were not about searching for something in particular but to witness and enjoy what other parts of the world had to share. And now I get to share with you the particular frequencies and information that I have picked up along the way from the ancient energies of the land and its wisdom keepers.
